Impatience + Stupidity = TWO iPODS

So, as my ipod nano was backordered, I decided to go ahead and look for one in person, and then cancel the ipod order. Well, knowing my luck, by the time I called the next day to cancel the ipod, it was back "in process" and now it's already got a tracking number.

So, long story short, I'll have two Ipods. I don't need two ipods, so one is either going back and/or being sold to someone locally. The iPod I already have is the 160G Black Ipod classic. Bigger screen, ten times the capacity of the nano on order, and not so stupidly delicate. Doesn't have the microphone and video camera... so what. The Ipod on the way is the 5th Gen Ipod Nano with 16GB of storage space in Blue, which comes to $11.25 per GB of space with a smaller screen. The classic costs $1.47 per GB of space, and is definitely the keeper.

So, should I return it, or sell it? Mind you, shipping it back won't cost me a dime (perq from working at a warehouse)

Dude I got an 8gb ipod touch with my computer for free and I don't have any use for it since I already have an 8gb nano (because my dad was like, "I'm getting the 16gb nano for myself so I can load all of my classical music onto it and then never, ever use it")
but I really can't sell it since everyone and their frigging dog is selling their brand new ipod touch for <$200 and since technically my dad bought it and received the rebate on it(so I guess he paid the tax on it), if I sell it, I should give the money to him.

So I think I'm going to gank it from his house and play with it for a while until I get bored with it or drop it (main reason I didn't get a touch/iphone: I drop my phone so often and that doesn't even have a touch screen, I bet my touch screen would stop working in about three days after I've dropped it 290348 times and watched it slide across pavement on the screen)

I say sell the nano, it's only novelty is that it's little and still has a decent screen. I wear girl pants so I have tiny, useless girl pockets and I doubt I could fit an ipod classic in my pocket :/

Me and SuperLlama have totally met IRL, also we both live in Madisons, but on different sides of the country. And "middle" is totally a side. We just keep telling ourselves that.

My work pants, which are just black dress pants, have two inch deep pockets. When I sit down to pee, everything falls onto the bathroom floor and I know how often we clean that bathroom: not often.

My woman-pocket is more than two inches deep, I can promise you that. But I won't put my phone in it.

And my pants probably aren't as hot anymore since I've lost weight from not having food/time to eat any foods I may have, "your ass doesn't fill up those pants anymore" were Chris' exact words, I think.

Walmart had cords in the $20 range. I am cheap and didn't want to pay for it.

I went to the 'apple' store on campus and bought a cord for 9.50 finally.
